Senior QA Engineer
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- To liaise with Senior QA Manager with regard to quality assurance system to be implemented at site.
- To be responsible in all aspect of Quality Assurance System of the project.
- To identify if new procedures are required to be written for other activities, outside the scope of existing procedures.
- To execute site inspection and subcontract quality audit.
- To inform Senior QA Manager of the status and progression of the latest quality related matters.
- To tackle shortcoming in the quality assurance system and propose to Senior QA Manager of new methods/steps to overcome it.
- To monitor and verify the subcontractor's quality control implementation.
- To highlight timely the non-conformance(s) tot he subcontractor and ensure proper rectification work has been implemented.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company.
- Any other quality related matters that assigned by the Senior QA Manager.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in construction quality control.
- Well versed in ISO 9001 standard requirements.
- Communicate effectively and self motivated.

Assistant Manager / Manager, Group Managing Director's Office
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
Provide creative, administrative and project support to the General Manager, Group Managing Director's Office in:
- Provide benchmarking analysis in terms of financial and operational data for MMC Group of companies.
- Participating in engagements and meetings with current or potential investors, fund managers and/or analysts.
- Updating presentation materials for investor relations meetings and roadshows.
- Assisting the planning, organizing and coordinating of AGM & EGM Q&As.
- Monitoring and provide updates on MMC's share price performance, peers and overall stock market.
- Carrying out General Manager, Group Managing Director's directives by activating and seeing through special projects.
- Assisting in the preparation of Investor Relations Board Paper.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Strong sense of integrity and discretion with an ability to work well both independently an in teams.
- Possess at least 5 years' investor relations experience or any other qualifications which General Manager, Group Managing Director's Office may deem appropriate.
- Has strong analytical and diagnostic skill in interpreting financial reports and accounts.
- Equity research backgroung in transport, logistic, energy, utilities, engineering and construction is an advantage.
- Must be resourceful, flexible and enthusiastic and have a willingness to work in projects with ambiguous and unstructured environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to articulate well.
- Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to perform complex financial modeling and valuations.
- Fluent written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Possess good leadership qualities.
